Introducing a High-Efficiency Filter Fan Series that is purpose-built for deployment in wide-ranging industrial applications. Producing high airflow up to 500 CFM with a rated lifetime of up to 40,000 hours at 40oC, Delta HEF Series fans are designed to work in tandem with its high quality filter to trap dust while providing system airflow and pressure sufficient to maintain proper enclosure operating temperatures for deployments in Industrial Automation, Automotive Assembly, Package Handling Equipment, Food and Beverage Process Controls, and Wind Energy Systems, among some examples. Reducing maintenance cycles being a primary goal, Delta High-Efficiency Filter Fans utilize a filter capable of storing up to 700 g/m2 with Filter mat G3 and up to 750 g/m2 with Filter mat G4. This translates into fewer maintenance rounds and associated costs for an overall system. Filters that do require inspection or replacement are easily accessible via a simple single finger latch system. Available in 115V and 230V AC models along with 70CFM, 160CFM, and 500CFM airflow models with standard mounting cutout sizes means a comparable Delta HEF Series Fan can be located and, once obtained, can be quickly installed and put into service – minimizing system downtime.
